The following product and service T&C apply to the sale of any entry tickets, voucher, pass, product and/or use of the services and facilities with KIZTOPIA Pte Ltd with its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter, “Our”, “Us”, “We” or “KIZTOPIA”).

The Product and Service T&C, serves as one of the “Appendices” for the Conditions of Sale and shall form part of your agreement with Us. The Conditions of Sale and its Appendices are available at any time for your reference on our website at www.kiztopia.com (“Website”), and may be revised, supplemented and amended from time to time.

Physical Admission Ticket / Gift Voucher

1. Valid for one Participant and one accompanying Adult only.
2. Valid for 1 to 3 months (subject to change) from date of issue.
3. Valid for one or three hours of play time (subject to change), and on the same day only.
4. This Admission Ticket/Voucher is non-refundable, not for re-sale, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or expired.
5. Purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted the Conditions of Sale which are set out at www.kiztopia.com and the same are duly incorporated herein.
6. In the event that the purchaser is purchasing the Tickets/Voucher for third parties, the purchaser shall procure that the Adults of all Participants, the purchaser’s agents and/or affiliates have read and agreed with the terms and conditions of herein and the Conditions of Sale as stated on the Website at www.kiztopia.com.
7. By purchasing this ticket/pass/card, you are deemed to have read and agreed with the Conditions of Sale, and agreed to be bound by them.
8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Kiztopia is final.

15x Admission Pass

1. Valid for one year from date of issue.
2. Valid for 1 or 3 hours play time per admission.
3. The 15x Admission Pass must be presented at time of admission. Each admission allows entry of one Participant and one accompanying Adult.
4. Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. This card entitles you to 10% off Kiztopia’s merchandise and food & beverages at Kith Kiztopia. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or coupons unless otherwise stated.
6. Purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the Conditions of Sale which are set out at www.kiztopia.com and the same are duly incorporated herein.
7. In the event that the purchaser is purchasing the 15x Passes for third parties, the purchaser shall procure that the Adults of all Participants, the purchaser’s agents and/or affiliates have read and agreed with the terms and conditions of herein and the Conditions of Sale as stated on the Website at www.kiztopia.com.
8. By purchasing this ticket/pass/card, you are deemed to have read and agreed with the Conditions of Sale, and agreed to be bound by them.
9. In the event of dispute, the decision of Kiztopia is final.

Annual Pass

1. Valid for one year from date of issue. Valid for unlimited play time any day for X-treme pass and weekday (excluding PH) for X-pert.
2. The Annual Pass must be presented at time of admission. Each Annual Pass allows entry of one Participant and two accompanying Adults.
3. Non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. This card entitles you to (i) 20% off KIZTOPIA’s merchandise. (ii) 10% off Birthday Party Packages. (iii) 10% off food & beverages at Kith Kiztopia. (iv) Sibling Annual Pass at 50% off. All discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or coupons unless otherwise stated.

Gift Card

1. The value stored in Gift Card is valid for 12 months from date of issue. Extension of expiry date is not permitted.
2. Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or credit balance.
3. The value in the Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other card’s value.
4. Gift card is valid for use on KIZTOPIA products and services.
5. KIZTOPIA will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft or unauthorized use of this gift card. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
6. In the event that the purchaser is purchasing the Gift Card for third parties, the purchaser shall procure that the Adults of all Participants, the purchaser’s agents and/or affiliates have read and agreed with the terms and conditions of herein and the Conditions of Sale as stated on the Website at www.kiztopia.com.
7. By purchasing this ticket/pass/card, you are deemed to have read and agreed with the Conditions of Sale, and agreed to be bound by them.
8. In the event of dispute, the decision of Kiztopia is final.

Corporate Annual Pass

1. Each Corporate Annual Pass (or Corporate Authorized Letter) allows the entry of maximum 4 Participants and 4 Adults per pass / per visit. Any additional Participant and/or Adult will be charged per regular price.
2. Each Corporate Annual Pass (or Corporate Authorized Letter) and Staff Pass must be presented at the time of admission.
3. Cancellation / Refund Policy Refund and/or replacement of Corporate Annual Pass will incur a penalty charge of $1,000 per pass and is subjected to the approval of the KIZTOPIA’s management. The validity date of the replaced card will remain unchanged. No extension of validity date is permitted.
4. Purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted the Conditions of Sale which are set out at www.kiztopia.com and the same are duly incorporated herein. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Kiztopia Pte Ltd is final.
5. In the event that the purchaser is purchasing the Corporate Annual Passes for third parties, the purchaser shall procure that the Adults of all Participants, the purchaser’s agents and/or affiliates have read and agreed with the terms and conditions of herein and the Conditions of Sale as stated on the Website at www.kiztopia.com.
6. By purchase this ticket/pass/card, you are deemed to have read and agreed with the Conditions of Sale, and agreed to be bound by them.

Physical Discount Voucher

1. This discount voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
2. This voucher is applicable only for walk-in purchase of Single Admission Ticket.
3. Only one voucher can be use per transaction.
4. This voucher has to be presented before purchase. Any photocopy, e-copy or any other type of copy of the discount voucher will not be accepted.
5. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, special offers and/or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
6. This voucher will not be accepted if torn or defaced. Kiztopia will not be responsible for the loss or damage of this voucher.

8.
